Extended Stay America Select Suites- Beaumont

Staying at Extended Stay of America. It's people friendly and the service is out standing. Shirley Lopez is one of the lady's that attends to your every need and she very polite and I give her a 5 star rating. All in all it a place you would want to visit or stay. Nice rooms with everything you need and more.

The manager runs the hotel with perfection. Housekeeping and all other staff members are hard workers and very polite room110 Tonya

I've stayed at this hotel twice. They do not have a business center, nor can they accept/send faxes for you or print documents for you, so that is a bit disappointing. The rooms are lacking amenities such as lamps and alarm clocks, and the furniture/appliances differ in the rooms, some less appealing, but I would say the staff is superb! I have dealt with these three ladies, Jamie, Dallas, and Miriam, and all have been EXTREMELY excellent! I wish I knew the housekeeper's name that I dealt with because she was just as fabulous as well. If I can find out who she is (a middle-aged African American woman), I'll update my comment, as I believe she deserves recognition as well. While I have stayed in hotels much better than this one, I don't cringe when I'm told I'll be staying here again. What the room lacks in, the employees here make up for in every sense of the word.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Extended Stay America in Beaumont, TX, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the management and staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay; their friendliness made me feel right at home, clearly indicating their prioritization of customer service.

I stayed here from February 3rd–9th and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Although my job moved me to a different location, I will definitely be back in the future.

I was staying there for about a month for work. I would like to say, the staff and the residents. Are the most welcoming. Probably the nicest people you will meet than people at the Hampton. Parking lot was safe and it was quiet. This is a hotel for people who are just staying for a couple of days or staying for a month like I did. this isn’t your average hotel where you often vacation. you’re paying the price for 45 dollar a day. I will say the rooms can be a little better and the bed could be more comfortable , but you’re paying what you pay for. And for the bug situation, I’ve only seen three tiny bugs for the month. My only con Is that the key To the doors hardly ever work you would have to go in and they would have to re-issue another card because the key is very sensitive but the workers there are more welcoming to we issue another card. For the bugs, I wouldn’t say which roaches infested like the other reviews are been saying. i’ve only seen three tiny bugs while I was on the second floor. I would more likely to stay there again.

Great room right people too many new people today I got charged twice for my room. They raise my rate and nobody knows why I can’t get it graded it and pay the right amount till tomorrow. Therefore they gonna take 700 out of my bank instead of what they’re supposed to take other night, it’s a great place.
